    Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

    The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it.

    The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home. And there is 1 camera on the pool equipment. There are NO cameras inside the home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The pool was clean and well cared for, making it a perfect place to relax. The hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway in the Henderson area!

This house was exactly as advertised and pictured, and It’s an easy drive from the airport. The house was well stocked for cooking, had plenty of towels, and comfortable seating for relaxing. We really enjoyed the coveted patio area for morning coffee, and the pool for afternoon swims! The owners are very nice and respond immediately to texts. I would stay here again.

This place was awesome. We had originally booked a different house in Henderson that we had stayed at previously. We had an issue with getting into that property, so we had to find another house on short notice. This place was way nicer in every way. The pool was a good size and really nice and warm. The kitchen, bathrooms, and everything else were well appointed. The owners were extremely friendly and very reachable. The price was comparable to the last place we stayed in Henderson, and this place was way nicer. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town.

Fantastic vacation

Beautiful home for our family vacation. House was very clean, comfy beds and nice fluffy towels. Pool/hot tub were amazing. Location was great for all Las Vegas has to offer.

Family Thanksgiving vacation

We enjoyed our VRBO immensely! It suited the nine of us beautifully! The location was great, the house was clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were delightful! It truly was a wonderful family vacation!

Siblings Weekend

This property is only 3 miles from our house and we rented it for my siblings and spouses during our weekend party. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and a comfortable place for breakfast and lunch.

Henderson Gem

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vegas. We traveled to Grand Canyon, Death Valley and Hoover Dam. The casinos were about 15 minutes away and the airport as well. The neighborhood is very close to multiple restaurants and very quiet. The host was quick to answer any questions we had about the house.

Our entire family had such a joyous time staying here. The house felt so big and accommodating. We never felt cramped. Just a perfect place to stay. Not to mention the hosts were sooo helpful and nice.
