We welcome business professionals, families, family reunion groups, wedding groups (SORRY, NO PARTY GROUPS!!, NO PET NO EXCEPTION) to our warm desert house which is located 5 minutes drive away from McCarran Airport and the new Raiders Stadium.

Situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is very close to Las Vegas' best premium outlet on the strip. This kids and family friendly house features 3 separate living space in the house; living room with 55 inch TV, the loft with large area seating along with 65 inch TV and the dining and game room space. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which accommodates up to 8 guests. We have 4 queen beds total (one on each room)

Featuring 1000 sq2 putting green with 6 holes golf fun, perfect way to spend the time in the backyard that is surrounded by palm trees, putters and balls are provided including kids size. Foosball table, air hockey and golf makes this house real fun place to hangout.

Sorry, No pet allowed, No parties or events at this house. We monitor the house with street cameras.

Huge home just south of the airport

Wow, this home is huge. Three bedrooms and two full baths on second floor and a bedroom and full bath on first floor. Game room, dining room, kitchen, living room, and game room on first floor. Three car garage that we parked sideways in. Very quiet neighborhood really close to everything. Beds are comfy. Our host, Turk thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen with assorted condiments in cabinets and fridge. Baths have body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Just an FYI, if staying in winter time, bring slippers. The whole downstairs is nicely tiled, but cold on your feet. Terrific backyard with golf, grill, and nice furniture. Turk was amazing with communication. We will stay here again.
