'The view is insane, the sound of quietness and waves is just what you need to calm down. The house, pool etc. are clean. All needs like toaster, dishwash, washingmachine, towels are there. Its close to various beaches, many places to eat and the big mercadona. Communication with owner was oustanding clear. Worth every penny if you ask me. Recommend car-hire tho, due to up/downhill streets.'

'About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...

'We stayed in Mojácar playa in a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse . It was in a slightly hilly location so not for people with walking difficulties really . It has a community pool nearly and the beach was a 5 minute walk away . There was plenty of good restaurants and bars near by. We stayed for 11 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay . 'Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la villa Sotavento. Elle est très bien équipée et très propre. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alvaro, les lits étaient faits. Il y a beaucoup de marches d'escaliers mais la vue vaut la peine 😊'

'We vonden het heel leuk om daar te verblijven. De weinige buren die daar wonen zijn allemaal heel vriendelijke mensen. Enkel spijtig dat er geen vaatwasser aanwezig was in het huisje, wat maakt dat we alle dagen moesten afwassen met de hand en zeker in ons geval, voor een lang verblijf. Dat vond ik wel spijtig, gezien de prijs die we moesten betalen.'

'The house feels a bit tired inside, there is no air con and no wifi, a dated kitchen and a gas bottle that you have to turn on then off again for hot water. But the location is great, there are lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the views and eat and drink at and a great private pool.'

'Het appartement (huis)heeft duidelijk achterstallig onderhoud (badkamer, slechte verlichting in de living, één slaapkamer heeft geen zuurstof toevoer van buiten), maar het balkon is fantastisch. En met mooi weer, zoals wij hebben gehad, zaten wij altijd buiten. Met fantastisch uitzicht. Met minder mooi weer voldoet dit appartement niet voor die prijs.'
