'This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.'

'Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.'

'Yes the host was fine. I'm not sure if he is new to renting a VRBO, but the condo itself had some issues. We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food particles on them. Pretty disgusting. They had to be rewashed before we could use them. There were not many cooking utensils in the drawer to cook with. 'The road to the place was a little bumpy and we weren't fully sure we were going to the right place, but it was a beautiful space. Not a ton of room for suitcase or storage if staying a long time (we had 4 people and didn't unpack).However, the pool was great, the place was clean and a lovely place to stay! We felt safe. '
