The neighborhood was quiet and had everything within walking distance and there was even a designated parking spot. 'The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with. I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet. 'My husband and I wanted to get out of Denver and spend a couple of relaxing days in the mountains. We were so pleased with the warmth, comfort and layout of the cabin/home. The attention to details was impressive including the “amber” soft lighting (however, bright were it need to be), living room and porch furniture, equipped kitchen and so much more. Couldn’t of asked more for a quiet, relaxing get-a-way.'

'You can’t beat the location of this house. Just a few minutes to all the shops and restaurants. The house is funky but served it’s purpose.
