That resulted in more than 2 hours delay when we tried to check in. What was even worse was that calls made to help centre had to deal with machine and not live staff members'

'私は日本人ですが、10年ぶりの海外旅行で、言葉が通じるか緊張していました。 ホテル内のディズニーショップでは、日本語を話せる女性スタッフが2人ほど話しかけてくれて、割引の説明などしてくれてとても親切でした。他にも「日本人大好き！」と声をかけてくれた日本語勉強中の男性スタッフがいて、お喋りできてたのしかったです。 このホテルは、業務的なスタッフと、暖かいスタッフの差が結構あると思いました。 日本のディズニー公式ホテルのおもてなしに慣れていると、不親切に感じでしまう場面も多々ありましたが、その中でも優しいスタッフとの交流が嬉しかったです。 お部屋はとても広く、ホテル全体が良い香りで快適に過ごせました。'

'The main reason I booked this hotel was the pool which is shaped like a piano. The pool was closed. This made me regret paying a huge amount for this hotel because we had been looking forward to using this pool for months.The rooms and grounds were nice but nothing special. The look of the hotel building was very nice. The shuttles to the park and other hotels were very efficient and frequent.'

'The chef at the buffet was rude and gave me a hard time and attitude when I asked him if he could make my eggs/omelette with a dif spatula being that I am allergic to regular eggs. He had an attitude, told me it’d be 20 minutes when there was no one else in line. Finally, we had to get the attention of the other wait staff to hurry things along, as we needed to get the shuttle so we didn’t miss our flight. '

'Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets.'

'Wonderful Wonderful stay. We had a king room overlooking the waterfront. Beautiful views of Central Hong Kong from our room. Inexpensive taxi to/from the airport. We got the Oyster card (in our case the Elder version) and filled it with HKD 150 which was enough for buses, ding dings, ferry. Very easy to get around. Discovery Bay was wonderful.'

'I was feeling sick and asked for some painkillers or other medicine for a cold. Even though it was midnight I believe such a big hotel should have its own 24 hour medical post. For the rest a superhotel but I was really sick and would appreciated some help instead of just saying no.'
