'Clean room'

'I found that there was a leak on the bathroom floor because when I walked in I slipped. I immediately notified the front desk and they sent someone to confirm that there was a leak but I was told there were no other rooms available. I asked for a refund so I can go to another hotel but was told no refunds were allowed. Very disappointing. My guest and I safety was in danger the entire weekend.'

'The hotel is at a perfect location in downtown Hampton and is pretty clean. However, my room #404 never got colder than 80 degrees. I went to the front desk 3 times to make them aware of this issue and all three times was told maintenance would go up and fix it.
