'Unfortunately, upon entry into this unit, the very first thing that overwhelmed me was a very obnoxious smell of mildew and wetness. And lots of chemical sense from cleaners, and other things, I tried airing the unit out to no avail in the middle of the night finally discovered the source of all of the smells, and it ends up being damp red bags, full of water and molding inside each closet, so the unit clearly has an issue with humidity and mildew and or mold. 'Just what we needed. Wasn't too small, not too large. A little funky layout. On the 3rd floor of a small 4plex condo. Once into the apartment you go back down half a story to the beds and baths. The place was extremely clean. A good view out of a large picture window overlooks the harbor and yacht club. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved hearing the water lapping on the shore with gorgeous views of the water. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample pillows and blankets.
