Guest access
Stargazer Getaway is situated less than half a mile down a very well maintained dirt road. Easily accessible by any car.

- PARKING
Feel free to park up to 6 cars in our roundabout driveway in front of the house.
Other things to note

- SECURITY
According to the requirements from our insurance company there are two outdoor security cameras located on the property. One camera is pointed in the general direction of backyard, and the other is on the garage pointed towards the street. However, the footage is not stored permanently and in no way infringes on your privacy. It is strictly for liability purposes.

- CLEANING FEE
100% of your cleaning fee is paid to our local cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of deep cleaning between guests.

- PETS
Dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee ($30). If you let your pup outside- the yard is fully fenced, but we still recommend watching them closely!

- A/C & Heater
Stargazer Getaway is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable any time of the year.

- WIFI
We have the best service for our area and you will be able to work remotely.

- POOL
*POOL IS NOT HEATED DURING WINTER MONTHS*
Anyone under 18 needs parents present while swimming for safety reasons. No diving. No glass containers near or in the pool. No food in the pool area. No pets in the pool area. Pool hours are 8am-9pm.

- NO SMOKING
Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed inside of the home.

- NO PARTIES
Sound has a funny way of traveling in the desert- our neighbors have lived in the community for 40+ years so please be respectful at night. We don't allow parties at our property. If a party or event is thrown, you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund.
