Flats in Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area

'We had a wonderful stay at the Regency Inn. The owners were extremely friendly, welcoming, and clearly take great pride in their motel. This is not a Hyatt or Hilton, nor does it try to be. It is a traditional motel, and it was very nice, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Our room was well maintained, and everything appeared fresh and cared for. 'If your room is on the second floor, prepare to drag your bags upstairs (no elevator). We had dirty towels in the room, and the air conditioning was off in the room, so it was hot and the carpet was wet with humidity. The smell of mold hits you when you open the door. It might be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Also, the front desk makes you pay for water with cash… we made our reservation while driving the same evening without seeing the property. 'Cabin was quiet and comfortable '

'Op onze doorreis van Louisville naar Memphis hebben wij een stopover gemaakt in Eddyville. Typisch een vakantiebestemming voor het vakantieseizoen, op het hotel was niets aan te merken. Goede kamer, goed bed en een leuk ontbijt.'

'Not what I expected. Room was out dated. Not cleaned well. Dust a 1/2 thick on celing fans and AC unite. Refrigerator was dirty and not cold. I felt like I was taken back in time to the 50's. This was not a resort by any means. One positive was the bed was comfortable. Won't be back.'
