« We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned.
The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean.
I would highly recommend staying there! »

« Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin.
Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there. »
