« Clean and smelled good »

« We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all. »

« Staff/manager was extremely kind and nice! Assisted me in getting checked in a bit early and helped when I had room issues. My bathroom fan didn’t work and my room had some scuffs but otherwise - all good. Just around a lot of construction at the moment. »

« Côté autoroute, le bruit du traffic est important. Les fenêtres n'isolent pas bien de ce bruit. Les robinets ont un fonctionnement bizarre. Ce qui est sûr, c'est qu'il n'est pas possible de régler le débit. C'est du tout ou rien. »

« Management decided that it would be good idea to shut off the hot water well before checkout time so the entire hotel had no hot water or water pressure in the morning to shower, etc. Had issues checking in the front desk claimed i was already checked in which of course i was not, obviously they checked in the wrong person under my reservation. Very sketchy part of town, sirens all night, parking lot did not feel safe. »

« the last night of my stay was more than horrible! The new room that i checked into on the 17th, room 207 had no working shower and toilet didn’t flush properly. to make matters worse, the people above my room kept me up all night moving furniture around, playing. I’m not sure what all they were doing but i didn’t get to sleep until after 4:30-5 am. I was a complete zombie the next morning at work! « If I could give this hotel a negative 10,000 rating, I would. While some of the staff were somewhat polite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The breakfast area was very unclean, and the food was terrible. The cook was dressed in all black with a hoodie over their head, which did not appear professional and made us uncomfortable.
