« Dot is an amazing host! We evacuated here from Hurricane Milton but had an enjoyable visit. Highly recommend! Both beds and baths are upstairs and must climb incline and steps to get inside, so not recommended if stairs aren't easy for you. Otherwise a great place to stay! »

« We picked this location as it was central to family and the wedding venue we came to Tallahassee for. The house is in a nice quiet community and has all the amenities one would expect. The property mgr called me the day of arrival and was super gracious, he followed up again the next day just to be sure we were happy with everything, which we were. »

« We have stayed at this property several times when visiting FSU. It is close enough to campus and very convenient to numerous restaurants. The house is very quaint and the neighborhood is quiet. On this last visit, Ryan was very accommodating to our schedule changes and was responsive to the chats. »

« The house is a a 3-bedroom with an attached studio apartment, so 4 total bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Had plenty of room for th whole family and 3 full bathrooms. Very nice. »

« Communication with owner was great and everything was as expected. Only downside was the backyard no longer has grass, as shown in photos. Otherwise, the house was perfect for our large group of 10. Very conveniently located to easily get to downtown. »

« Our family of 5 needed to be in the area for medical reasons and wanted a spacious, safe, suburban area to stay for 10 days. So glad we picked this place - it was great for our needs and family. It was close to many shops/restaurants (few minutes away) and near most places we visited. Location was safe and quiet. House was clean and comfortable, and it had many fine features like a mirror defogger, quality appliances, a movie theater, keyless entry, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Plenty...
