'It was good ! Room very nice . Breakfast good yet same every day . Staff was friendly'

'We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

'Very clean. BUT pillows were flatter than grandmas 50 year old feather pillow. I requested new pillows and was told they didn’t have any. I know from working in this industry that Expedia guests will get the lesser quality rooms. AC also sounded like someone stuck a duck call in it.'

'I was surprised at the service and the condition of the hotel. It was ok, nothing special. When we checked in the counter person was informative enough but was almost impossible to reach again. (Please get the counter more help.) Our room, #202 needs more light and the AC wasn't working properly. 'Convenient location.'

'Room was by no means clean. The refrigerator had towels inside because it leaked and staff was not helpful. We were hoping to get moved to another room but that never happened. Seemed very unorganized. I asked for the manager to call me and a week later that still hasn’t happened. Based on previous reviews is why we chose it but this was a mistake for sure.'

'My room did not match the photos on the website, but the bigger issue was the overall environment. The property smelled strongly of marijuana, there was frequent foot traffic at all hours, and several guests appeared to be under the influence. The room door was difficult to open and required assistance from staff. I was also informed that the cable service was experiencing issues, and none of the channels were working during my stay. The atmosphere felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I requested...

'For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.'

'Very nice place and very clean. Safe area. I booked this place for my son and his new wife on their wedding night. Of course it was a late check in due to the wedding, but the front desk said there were not anymore king size bed rooms and they would have to stay in double queen room. When we reserved the room we reserved a king size bed room. So, not sure if this an expedia issue or the hotel not accommodating issue. Mind you they were still in their wedding clothes, so it was obvious.'

'The property was nice but the fitness center was bad. Needs to be addressed! The breakfast was okay as far as selections but was a near miss. The attendant Richard was great but didn't have much to work with. Just a little more variety could have made it excellent!'

'The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S. '
