'The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Very accommodating and kind. The amenities were top tier and everything was clean and organized. Staff were prompt at making our family feel valued and the service at both breakfast and the managers reception were elite. This will be our first choice of hotel for our next family getaway! Can’t say enough good things about this property.'

'We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

'We needed two extra pillows because the pillows were small flat, and too soft. I left with a sore neck and shoulders and not a great sleep. Otherwise, room a hotel were clean, staff was great, breakfast was awesome, AC was perfect and TV had a sleep timer which is a must! We will stay at a tru again.'

'The hotel is always clean when I stay there. The only issue is that the parking is sometimes is a challenge when they have events there. The buffet breakfast was good but it was a challenge to find seating.'

'Front desk staff was amazing. She appeared to love her job and she was great with the customers. Breakfast was included. It was a full bar and stayed opened until 10:00 for us late risers. Parking was never a problem.'

'The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two.'

'My room did not match the photos on the website, but the bigger issue was the overall environment. The property smelled strongly of marijuana, there was frequent foot traffic at all hours, and several guests appeared to be under the influence. The room door was difficult to open and required assistance from staff. I was also informed that the cable service was experiencing issues, and none of the channels were working during my stay. The atmosphere felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I requested...

'For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.'

'Our stay at the Ellison, was extremely satisfying. We ate dinner there, and was similarly pleased with really good food and service. I cannot recommend The Ellison more highly for your travels, a most comfortable experience, thank you. Frederick'

'Schone kamer (106) en goed bed, helaas weinig extra faciliteiten als koffie op de kamer of iets van badkamerartikelen (enkel 1 zakje shampoo en een soapbar). De ingang van het motel is wel wat lastig te vinden. Gevraagd wordt om $20 contant als borg en dan krijg je de afstandsbediening van de tv mee, bij inlevering krijg je de borg weer terug.'
