'Had a short stay here but would absolutely stay again. The staff were all friendly and helpful, room was extremely clean and comfortable, and also had black out curtains! I like that it was kind of tucked away from everything which made it a little difficult for my maps to find the correct way to get to the parking lot. However, once I did no problems at all.'

'Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.'

'Biggest problems, the bed was not comfy and they probably need to replace some mattresses. The fold out couch bed was a joke. It looks like the mattress is from the 80s. Also, they do not have smart tvs so you can't stream anything and their channels are very limited. Who doesn't have smart tvs??? So, I guess the rooms are just outdated. It was clean though and the bar area was hopping. '

'Dirty room ...poor breakfast very basic and cheap and bad quality...for 9.99 each. They offer a buffet but is only 3 things. Egg sausage and potatoes. Thats all. No waffles no pancakes ....and they even charge separately. Location is good but not worth it. The pool was very dirty. There was a lot of trash on the patio area. It seems like nobody cared about cleaning. I only stayed 1 night because I like to try the hotels first and definetely this wasn't good at all. It is pet friendly but the guy...

'Everything was seemingly done to purposely cut every expense, which could be a great thing, but was done to a point of disgust. (And this is coming from a cost accountant.) There is a level that transforms a situation from efficient to just gross! When I booked this room, it showed pictures of their “jetted tub” in the room. Upon arrival, this was “an unspecified”review! (According to the manager.) so my king suite did not have a jetted tub! Upon entering the room, it seemed as though there...

'Randomly see fent addicts in the hallways. Usually 2nd floor. Occasionally having randos (always men) Knocking on the door asking for someone else that's not in your room. (Just don't open the door and they go away with a "wrong room)...'

'Room and bathroom were dirty! Sheets were like gauze and wadded up. Breakfast was terrible. No one was attending to breakfast area so we had to hunt for cups, napkins, etc. Finally had to wait on front desk to find more syrup. Hotel has a very tired look. Sketchy folks hanging out in the parking lot and around the entrance.'

'Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!'

'Booked a 1 br with microwave and refrigerator. Got a room with 2beds, no refrigerator, and no microwave room was not very nice. Clean, but severeal lights dud not work. Over all room had holes in the rug, old furnishings such as dresser drawer stuck some could not stay open and some fell out. Not a nice hotel, will not go back there.'
