'We were in OKC for a family emergency. Started out with 2 nights, extended another 2 nights, then finally a 5th night. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating the extension. The staff was wonderful!!! To be honest, they were the bright spot of our visit.The hot tub felt excellent after all day at the hospital. I would go back due to the staff anyday!!'

'Tried to get a better room( room was noisy, had no working lights) but second room had water flowing from the ceiling! No hangers and no tub stopper : window open and couldn’t close it. Had to move back to 1st room!!apalling '

'Slechte accommodatie. Zwembad is al een jaar buiten gebruik ivm technische storing. Kamer was vies en behoeft renovatie. Ontbijt was karig. '

'Had to change rooms 3 times due to facilities bot working properly. The 3rd room was ok but was still missing light bulbs from 2 out 3 lamps. '

'The place was sufficient and the neighborhood was decent. But I felt like the price was too high for what we got. There was no water pressure at all so we couldn't take showers, and the next morning it was as if the water was turned off completely. We couldn't even flush the toilet or wash our hands. I did email the owner and they said they'd look into it, but I felt like we should have been given a partial refund, or at least a credit for another stay.'
