'Outlets were sparking when you plugged things in. Light kept going out in desk. Staff needs to better control unruly children destroying property in the game area. Wedding party was out of control. One guy was drunk and passed out, members from party put him on luggage rack and wheeled him around, neither staff member even cared to address these issues. 'The breakfast was plentiful and good. However, the coffee was undrinkable and exceedingly weak. I know it’s only one thing out of the many good things with this hotel, but without my morning cup of coffee…'

'Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again.'

'Breakfast was great (and early), pool area looked clean but the hot tub smelled bad. New washer & dryer, which we needed to use. Room & bathroom were clean! Front desk staff was not always around, we left without checking out and when checking in, the person was a bit all over the place as their shift just started and no one else was around.'

'We checked at 6 & at 6:30 & waited until 7:15am to leave & STILL no coffee nor continental breakfast as was a listed offering. Disappointing. Room was clean.'
