We called the front desk to request two comforter because the comforters on both beds were stained. They brought two of them up promptly, which I appreciated, but one of the comforters still had visible stains, which was very disappointing. 'We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. '

'I had a good stay overall this weekend. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself was nice and well-kept. The only downside was the noise—both at night and early in the morning there was a lot of stomping and loud activity from other guests, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, a positive experience, but the noise level could definitely be improved'

'We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it. Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful. The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets ...

'The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.'

'Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.'
