« The hotel was great overall. The location was perfect and walkable to a lot of places in Lake Geneva. Unfortunately the outdoor pool wasn’t open for Memorial Day weekend when the rest of the nearby hotels had their outdoor pools open. »

« Very standard, budget feeling hotel overall. We were given a room that had not been cleaned (ew!) and they didn’t have the same room available elsewhere so we went to dinner while they cleaned it. When we checked in for the second time, they offered us a late checkout and a free item each for the inconvenience. That was nice, but for a prepaid room that was not available when we arrived… I feel like they could have done better. Breakfast was not great but not terrible… vanilla. Worst thing…...

« We found a bedbug in my bed, after it bit my fiancee, reported it to management, and they tried to make it seems like i was lying after showing them evidence of the bite on my fiancee and the actual bug itself caught on video..I will never rent a room again there. I will definitely not encourage anyone to go there. »

« The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used. »

« It’s a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Easy drive to Richmond, McHenry or even Crystal Lake. Parking was fine and the view was nice. »

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »
