You need to have some type of slides flip-flops how she used to wear around the cabin because the floors are concrete and not smooth. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. We made breakfast in the morning, but had to go buy a spatula and cooking spray after the first morning. The air conditioner, work fine kept the place nice and cool. 'Michelle was a great host. She checked on us before we got there and even called to provide some last minute information about the heat. The view from the back porch is gorgeous and the house had everything we needed. My family enjoyed the stay. Michelle provides great directions up to the house as it is not on a state maintained road. The first time you go to the house go when you have some daylight as Michelle recommends. '

While I do wish the water in the pond had been higher, that’s not anything controllable, and the frog chorus while we sat in the swing and watched the birds made up for it. You can tell a lot of love went into this place and I would definitely stay here again!'

'Overall, the cabin was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was overwhelming smell of Fabulosa cleaning solution when we first arrived, had to let the cabin air out for several hours! By end of our stay we realized that it was probably due to trying to get rid of the musty odor that had come back into the space. You may want to look into finding source of musty odor and eliminating that rather than trying to just mask it with overwhelming cleaning smell! Other than that,...
