'Thoroughly enjoyable. Staff were very helpful. Would have given it 5 stars but the room service was terrible on the second night - cold and inedible. Missing items, received items we didn't order. Expected better at the Ritz.'

'Fantastic! Condo, rooms, beds, kitchen, etc were perfect for our family of four. We cooked several meals on the grill and kitchen, had every trying we needed. Great location away from the herds in downtown SLT, but easy 10min drive to get to it all. Peaceful and secure complex with easy walk to private beach. Thanks! '

'I made a reservation through Expedia/VRBO, and the host canceled less than 24 hours before check-in without providing any explanation. When I contacted Expedia, they were not aware that the reservation had been canceled. I then contacted VRBO, where the listing was posted. VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system. As a result, I had to spend valuable time working...

'Our stay was perfect. Lorena communicated the whole step of the way and even helped when we had to downsize the traveling party.This 1 bedroom unit was very clean and well appointed. The jetted tub was a bonus after a day on the slopes. Kitchen has everything we needed for my daughter and I to enjoy some spring skiing with the comforts of home. Even new Teflon ware. The Marriott Timberlodge is the most convenient place to stay if your skiing as well as close to all the restaurants and shops in...
