Blokhutten in Lake Tahoe

'We loved our stay in Tahoma! This cabin is so charming, well loved, and cared for. The cabin was very clean, bikes were in perfect condition, and the electric grill seemed like it had maybe never been used. We loved listening to CDs in the morning and watching VHS movies at night. Perfect location to lots of west shore beaches and trails. Couldn't recommend it enough!'

'Great stayThank you'

'A very quiet few days that we needed to reboot. A central location tucked away in the forest.'

'It was a nice little place. We came to Tahoe for a concert at Caesar. It’s close to things that are unique to Tahoe. We liked that it was away from the craziness of downtown or heavenly. The host was amazing. He communicated quickly and was so very helpful. We would definitely consider staying her again.'

'The host communication was great and the home was in great shape. '

'If I could upload the pics I would. The back deck was covered in pollen…table, chairs, bbq making it unusable. We called Friday evening at check-in and was assured someone would be there Saturday am to clean it. They suggested we clean it but there was no hose. Evidently their cleaning crew reported they cleaned it Saturday but did not. I sent the same pictures with the footprints both Friday evening and Saturday evening. Nothing had been changed or cleaned. It was very disappointing and we were...

'Great spot, very peaceful.'

'Fabulous view right on the water.Host was responsive.Quaint little cottage. It should be made clear that the sofa bed does not pull out and there is only one bed. More beach towels would be nice and maybe some updated beach chairs. Hairdryer was barely working; a standard size hairdryer should be the bare minimum. The shower was not draining correctly. The cottage could use a deep clean to get rid of cobwebs.Otherwise fabulous stay.'

'Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. At the time of our visit, there was some construction next door but I can't fault the property for that. The downstairs...
