Seven miles from both the shores of Lake Tahoe as well as the downhill runs at Heavenly Mountain Resort, this home gives you easy access to all the best of Lake Tahoe. During the winter months, we recommend using a 4x4 vehicle to access the home safely.

Open and bright, everyone will be able to gather in the main living area to take advantage of the gas fireplace, DVD library, Netflix streaming, and free WiFi. Featuring convenience amenities like a private washer/dryer, family games, and a deck to enjoy your forest views, this home will let you unwind in style while being close to all the fun. No matter what time of year you visit, this Lake Tahoe home is waiting to host your next mountain getaway!

Things to Know
WiFi and cable may be spotty in the mountains.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, ants, spiders, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near the home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two active exterior security cameras on-site:
one mounted above the garage door facing the driveway to the street and a Ring doorbell that looks across the front porch.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
