Flats in Lake Tahoe

'The host was very communicative up to the reservation, the front desk was very helpful and check in was smooth and the property is amazing.'

'This rental has it all. Located in the woods close enough to Kings Beach to enjoy the all the amenities, but away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable and beautifully appointed unit, with spa, pool and excellent hiking trails. We were here for the 4th of July and hiked the nearby trail to the beach to watch the fireworks. Wonderful!'

'Our stay was great! The room is a basic hotel room. It did have a mini fridge which was not listed on the amenities but was great because we were traveling with a baby. The room provided great views of the putting green/golf course and mountains. Only downfall of the room was it was a “connecting” room and unfortunately the people who stayed next to us were extremely loud/yelling during late hours of the night and early morning. Other than that the property is beautiful and every staff member is...

'The condo was very clean, secure, had lots of natural light, well stocked for a short or long stay, and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.'

'The property was impeccably clean. New state-of-the-art appliances. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great location near pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Parking right in from of the unit for two cars, and additional parking just behind is a big plusThe only drawback was that the common (living room) has limited seating. There is a nice deck with a big dining table, but that would not be ideal in cold weather.'

'What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,...

'The bed was like sleeping on plywood and the pillows were incredibly lumpy. They also failed to leave the parking pass in sight, hence why I got a parking ticket while staying on the property.'

'Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. '

'Very comfy, cozy, loved it. '
