'This was such a great experience for our family of 5. Two adults and three kids fit perfectly in the bed and the sofa bed. We loved our little cabin. We couldn't leave windows open because of the wildlife ( they had fans), but it was a little warm at bedtime ,but it cooled down. They had basketball courts volleyball.courts, a rec room with popcorn, towels and board games. So cute ! And the best part it was less than 2 minutes walk to their private beach ! And not to mention very close to...

'Excellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.'

'We attended a conference at the Hyatt and this condo is a short 5 minute walk across the street. The layout was great and we appreciated that it’s basically 2 master bedrooms. We had everything we needed during our stay and Mimi was great and quick to respond when we had a question. '

'The place was very clean and well accommodated. Our kids especially loved the room with the bunk bed AND king size bed. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was in good working order. The rooms were cozy warm throughout our stay. It was also a nice surprise to be just a short wall away from the golf range which was ideal for snow play (or sledding if we had remembered to bring it). The keyless entry alarm was a little wonky but other than that, our family of four had a very pleasant...

'We had a terrific stay! We've stayed in a number of Palisades village apartments before and this is our favorite. It is in an incredibly central location, minutes from the ski lifts which was super conventient. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.'

'A blast from the past, this retro home had everything our family of 4 needed, with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were VERY comfortable! Everything was tidy. Location was excellent. My only complaint would be the shower heads - they're just mounted too low for an average sized adult.'

'Our summer stay at Mark's place in King's Beach was great. Quiet, beautiful view, convenient location, classy and clean, and so much more. To top it off, we experienced a severe thunderstorm warning while we were there, and we promptly received a call from Mark to check in on us and make sure we were alright, and to reassure us to call him if we needed anything, despite the storm. If I could give a bonus star for this stay, I would. Mark get's an A+ from us.'

'Really loved our stay. Was originally going with my son for spring break. At the last minute, one of his friends and friends' dad came along as well. Was worried if the place was big enough but no issues at all. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Real ski in/out makes such a big difference. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Wonderful location. Extremely easy access to lifts. We could leave our room, pick up our skis from the storage area, and be on the resort chair lift in less than 10 minutes. The resort restaurants were good, the shuttle to the base area was always on time and the little grocery/connivence store was really nice. 'My family and I (family of 4) went on vacation to Tahoe and while looking for a place we found this little gem. Our host was very responsive when it came to answering our questions and helping us with anything we needed. This condo was perfect for what we had planned to do while in Tahoe. Close driving distance to truckee river float, grocery store, parasailing, and kings beach. Thank you for everything Taylor we truly appreciate you. '
