'My friend and I had a great stay for a night. She left her silky, blue pillow there and the front desk said they couldn't get it but had a website for her to try and find it. We spent hours trying to see if we could get it back to no avail. She lives in KC and was hoping to drive back and get it.'

'WOW. I am honestly blown away by how amazing this hotel was. We booked it last minute and it turned out to be the BEST decision ever. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the amenities were incredible, the room was absolutely perfect, and the overall experience was beyond anything we could have hoped for. This place deserves way more than 5 stars… if I could give it 20 stars, I would without hesitation! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!'

'Very nice hotel for the money. Restaurant was very professional and accommodating. Food wasn’t really my taste but it was fancy. Travis at the front was very easy to converse with. Alicia was kind to talk with also. The rooms were cleaned and nice. We had the city view with a corner room. Beautiful windows and view. Highly recommend for downtown KC. '

'Great location, close to streetcar stops, and affordable for the area. We were traveling with an infant, so liked having the kitchen area in our room. Room was clean and facility was overall in good condition. My only complaint is that the bed was pretty uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress, but this mattress was really hard. There also weren't great pillows. '
