« Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful »

« The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed. »

« The first room i was given had a broken toilet seat. The door of the second room was not properly aligned to the frame as light shines through 0n the side of the door. Breakfast was very unimpressive. I didn’t expect a 4 star experience but I doubt that I will use a Wyndom facility in the future. »

« Everything was great we’d hoped to have changed rooms but being third party we couldn’t. The pool was great as well as Breakfast and we were 12 mins from the new Universal and check out at 12 was awesome. When we arrived the AC was super cold already which was perfect for the Texas heat. »

« The cleanness of the room could have been better. We had bugs in the bathroom crawling up the mirror. There was a flea in the bed. From that point on, I was not too happy with the room. It also had hair on the bathroom vanity. However, the night staff was great during check-in. The breakfast was great! Parking was convenient. « When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. Never again. »
