'Las instalaciones son perfectas pero no cumplen lo anunciado. Tomé la decisión de alojarme en este hotel por te e cargadores eléctricos para auto y resultó que aun cuando llamé anticipadamente para consultar la disponibilidad de un cargador de tipo J1772 y confirmarme que lo tenían, no era verdad. Por lo que tuve que ir a otros lugares a cargar mi vehículo por seis días y eso me representó pérdida de tiempo y de casi 200 USD en cargas'

'Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful'

'Property does not have good air conditioning. Common areas including the elevator and hallways are dirty. Biggest complaint is the pricing for rooms, advertised room was 177.00 a night, each day after that room charge was over 200 a night and parking is $45 a night. That was not disclosed before the reservation was made. Housekeeping did not come once in three days. For the cost you should go to another property. Will never stay here again!!'

'Het was een verrassend mooie ruime kamer. Alles was goed schoon in de kamer. Het zwembad is klein maar voor de kinderen was het prima. De stretcher lag minder goed bij het zwembad en het toilet was niet schoon bij het zwembad. Het ontbijt was goed. Niet te veel keuze maar wel genoeg keuze voor iedereen. Wel jammer dat het bord en bestek van plastic waren dat eet minder prettig. Al met al vonden we het jammer dat we maar 1 nacht geboekt hadden. '

View is beautiful from this part of the hotel. Setup is a little odd for the property. Check-in is on the 4th floor (top floor). The elevator in the entrance only goes to the 4th floor. 'This was our third visit to Lone Star Resort. Each time was better than the last. I am sure there will be a fourth time in the future. The environment is very peaceful and relaxing. The room each time has been perfect - clean, inviting, a feel of home away from home. The staff is amazing. Friendly, attentive and totally interested in the well being of the guests. 'Yo we didn't have an ice bucket in the room or a fridge. There was no coffee. Also there was a really large space in the room and we really didn't have any activities to fill that large space. Otherwise the stay was fantastic, the bacon was this weird kind that was shaved thin but it was still delicious, and the eggs were a little bit meh, but it was in walking distance of many exciting mediocre things to do in Frisco'

'Staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds were comfy. Pool was great- love the cabana's. We had 5 rooms for our families for 4 days and we couldn't find a complaint. Highly recommend this property.'
