'Nice, clean and very kind, friendly, helpful and flexible staff.'

'Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean'

'Bed and pillows not great'

'The building smelled like gas, when this issue was brought up to staff there seemed to be no urgency on their part to investigate. We moved rooms, but the smell remained. It smelled in the hallways, and inside the rooms. We ended up leaving early which was extremely inconvenient, but better safe than sorry. I had my kid with me, and we all felt very sluggish and had headaches, my kid was coughing and not feeling well. No way of knowing if it was related to the gas issue, but we felt way better...

'Friendly and enthusiastic staff '

'Very clean room, and breakfast was'

'There are hidden costs (like car park) which they don’t advertise'
