'This hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast could have used more protein (e.g. hard-boiled eggs or some type of meat, or even peanut butter) but was good overall. A nice hotel for an overnight near the airport but out of the main stream.'

'Strange shaped room with a useless window and strange odor in the room. Breakfast was okay, no breakfast meat except tortilla filling. Didn’t like finding out “after” reserving the room that there would be an additional charge of $14 to park there!'

'First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again.'

'The room was in need of maintenance and lacking in furniture for a suite. There was a single couch with a trundle bed, but the only other chair was at the desk. Not enough seating for three to use comfortably. The only power in the bedroom was on the left side of the bed which made it difficult for both my wife and I to charge our accessories at the same time. In the bathroom there was an open drywall seam in the ceiling over the shower and the shower door handle was broken and only a single...

'Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all.'

'This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!'
