Beautiful home on the lake.
Pros:This home is absolutely beautiful. Fit all 11 of us ranging from ages 15-82 with plenty of space. It’s very clean, well maintained, and stocked with games/puzzles. The kitchen has everything you need plus a toaster, blender, and even a crockpot! The property owners are readily available to answer any questions you may have. The neighbors are really nice, and the home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The boathouse/rooftop area is really a great bonus with views of the lake. The ducks are super friendly always wanting to hang out with us. Another perk of this property is that it is located close to the village where the kids enjoyed spending time exploring there. Cons:The biggest issue that we had about this home is that it is not noted how incredibly steep and long the hill is to get from the house to the beach/boathouse. If you have anyone traveling with you that has mobility issues be cognizant of the hike you need to take up/down the hill. The dock that we were told to use needs a little TLC. The first post needs to be secured better as it’s very loose. The boat gets rocked pretty good due to the waves. The padding that’s there is disintegrated and doesn’t serve a purpose. Unfortunately the fireworks are hard to see due to the trees blocking the view.
