« Nice condo, clean. Host was awesome in being flexible about arrival/ departure times. Wish there had been an extra towel but we could wash & we brought our own extra toilet paper (which was needed with only 3 people staying). Location at middle bass is excellent with pretty view of lake and easy to get to PIB by ferry, rent gold cart to see all areas of middle bass, etc. »

« The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. « From the exterior the unit appears to be completely unappealing, however once inside, the unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious. I am certain that this unit has the best view of the bay where concerts and various activities take place. « Very nice area right on the water/marina. Short drive to anything we needed. Unit was modern and stocked with all amenities. Clean and spacious. Plenty to do in the area and great walking trails. »
