'The house is very nice. In a small neighborhood. It’s on the southern end of Lake Charles which means less traffic. Still close enough to get to your favorite eating spot in no time. Since we were coming for a downtime weekend, we enjoyed the oversized couch and big screen tv. There is a utility room in the garage with a laundry set. Perfect to wash clothes before coming home. Highly recommend! The owner was great about responding if you had questions. '

'Everything about it was wonderful! I didn’t want to leave. Even the surrounding neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Sitting on the porch, looking down the canal in the morning mists was very restorative after having been traveling for a week. I would like to have stayed longer.'
