'Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

'Place is a gem! Our two teen boys loved the pool and foosball table, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and beautiful well thought out architecture. The home was calm, cozy, and full of fun high-tech touches. When Big Bear lost power, our host even dropped off a generator for us—such thoughtful hospitality. A warm and memorable stay!'
