« The condo is cute, and the kitchen has everything needed if you desire to cook. Having a washer and dryer (with soap provided) was great! There was also a lot of beach towels, a small ice chest and snorkeling gear which we put to use for our day trips. The beach is about a half mile walk and from there, the sunsets were amazing! « Phtos of this property are accurate. We stayed May 2025. Everything was clean and comfortable. Furniture is new and modern and appliances are all updated. Bathrooms need updating, but were clean. Only item some folks might find uncomfortable is that there is only one AC in the bedroom trying to cool the entire unit. There is no AC in the living room. It looks like all the units in the complex are similar. »

« We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. It's nice to be so close to Lei Lei's for a meal or even a to-go order. Oh, and the beds are SO SO...

« We loved the condo and the location . We were able to utilize the amenities of the Ritz without having to stay in the hotel. We were a little disappointed in the response time from the property manager. One question was never responded to and our fist question took more than 24 hours to get a response.All in, I would highly recommend this condo »

« The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private...

« Everything that was on the page was spot on! We really enjoyed our stay and the property was amazing! Lots of fruit also! The dogs barked but friendly...their bark scared us at first but after that it was all good we would stay again fer sure! The house was great too and clean! Everything was fantastic!
