'It was a very nice hotel. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. We literally spend all day there just to relax. We didn’t drive so we did order food from other restaurants and was delivered at the hotel and it was convenient. The receptionist both Stephanie and Natalie were nice. The only thing I wish the pool was heated. But everything else was perfect. They can arrange driver fro you too if you ask. Rene was a really great driver. I highly recommended him.'

'El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente.'

'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan. ' A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum. '

You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices.
