'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! 'I loved everything about this place! If you are looking for a legit eco lodge experience, this is the place. It’s just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Nestled in the mangrove jungle, surrounded by exotic fauna and wildlife. The grounds are stunning and well kept and the lodge was stocked with every amenity one could think of. We will definitely return to this hidden paradise. '

'We absolutely loved our syay at Umi tulum. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they even upgraded our room to a beautiful beach front room ! Breakfasts each morning were delicious and cooked to order. The d.j sets at 2pm each day were a great vibe. We feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful property.'

'El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente.'
