## Space

Sliding doors open from the living room onto a south-east facing balcony that looks out over part of the golf course, shaded by an electric sunscreen for the brightest hours. Inside, the living and dining area is open plan, with the kitchen to the left as you come in.

To the right of the entrance is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and beside it a bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom has a 160cm double bed and its own ensuite with a bath, shower and toilet. Both bedrooms open onto a small French balcony of their own. The living room and both bedrooms each have their own air conditioning unit, and each bathroom has its own heater. At 110m2 on the first floor, the apartment has no elevator.

In the evening, pull a chair onto the balcony and watch the light fade over the fairways.

➤ There is ongoing construction work in the Bayview area, at the end of the street roughly 200 metres from the apartment. Day-to-day disruption is minimal, but you may hear some noise during working hours.

The whole apartment is yours during your stay:

★ Shared resort facilities included at no extra cost: three pools, sauna, hot tub, and the Bayview gym (08:00 to 20:00 Easter to October, 08:00 to 19:00 November to Easter)

★ Second bedroom with two single beds, next to a separate bathroom (shower, toilet)
★ Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender)
★ Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms; each bathroom has its own heater
★ WiFi, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, and electric shutters throughout
★ Bed linen and towels provided
★ Free street parking in front of the building
★ Spa and tennis courts at the neighbouring golf resort (payable locally)

➤ The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator and sleeps up to four. No travel cot or high chair is available.
➤ Not suitable for pets.
➤ No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, as long as it doesn't bother others nearby.

## Neighborhood

Lagos is a popular coastal town in the western Algarve, known for its dramatic cliffs, golden beaches, and a lively old town where traditional architecture meets a thriving cafe and restaurant scene. Guests come for boat trips to the sea grottos, kayaking, surfing, hiking, and biking, or simply to enjoy the beach and the evening passeio along the waterfront.

The apartment sits inside Boavista Golf Resort, a quiet community on the edge of Lagos built around an 18-hole course with lakes and streams, with a clubhouse restaurant overlooking the fairways. The historic centre of Lagos, its marina and old town walls, is a short drive away, along with the western beaches, including Praia da Luz and Porto de Mos.

## Transit

A car is recommended, since the resort sits outside town and the surrounding roads are not really set up for walking. Faro Airport is roughly 45 minutes by car. Public transport directly from the resort is limited.

➤ Check-in from 16:00 to 21:00 with a personal host. Early check-in is subject to same-day availability, contact us on arrival day to check, though this is limited in peak season. After 21:00 by prior arrangement only; a late check-in fee of 30 to 50 euros is payable on arrival. Check-in after midnight is not possible.
➤ Check-out by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to next-day availability, contact us the day before departure to check. Limited in peak season.
