'Communication was very good although confusing at first as booked through Vrbo but then communication was through Algarve Vacation. Easy checkin and checkout. Fantastic villa with very good facilities, including kitchen equipment and towels etc. wonderful outside space and great that the pool could be heated for a cost. The only major disappointment was that the spa bath has been disconnected so was not usable. Not a problem as plenty of shower rooms but think this should be made clear when...

'We had a wonderful stay at Mari Serrano, great location and very nice place. Very spacious and clean, good walking distance to stores and restaurants. Our only thing was that it would have been nice to have some standard condiments there to start with or a little welcome package as we have had at other Vrbo’s that we have rented. Otherwise a great holiday!'

'Nice house, but the weekdays were full of noise and hinder of the constuction site. After my compaint that this should be mentioned in the advert because of the size and duration of the constuction site ( several blocks and several years). The agent went silent. '

'We had a great week in the villa. It is located in a peaceful area and ideal for families with a couple of restaurants and shops in walking distance. I would recommend having a car, however Uber was cheap and easy too. Outside - the photos on the listing are out of date - there are no longer any bushes surrounding the garden, it is all fenced in with white metal fencing. The house is now painted white, not peach.
