The villa has three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and functionality for families or groups of friends.



The fully equipped kitchen integrates harmoniously into the dining area, offering all the necessary amenities for a practical and relaxing stay.



On the exterior, guests will be able to enjoy pleasant leisure areas, perfect for taking advantage of the Algarve climate, including a heated swimming pool (additional cost), outdoor rest areas for moments of family relaxation.



The privileged location combines tranquillity and proximity to the main points of interest in the region, being close to the iconic Marinha Beach, restaurants, stunning beaches and the main attractions of Carvoeiro.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



We recommend hiring a car, taking into account the property's location and, if you wish, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €3000 per group, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
