The large swimming pool (heating available upon request at €250 per week) forms the focal point with a large outdoor dining area including a bread / Pizza oven, gas & charcoal BBQ's, as well as two refrigerators. There are a number of areas outside to enjoy socialising as well as the covered BBQ dining area, including the covered terrace which is ideal for breakfast, the poolside table ideal for lunches, and the roof terrace with comfy sofas, is the perfect position to enjoy evening drinks and the sunset. There is a garden patio with additional sun-loungers and seating, perfect for morning coffees or shade in the afternoon.



Casa Palmeiras has a comfortable open planned air-conditioned lounge and dining room with TV (any channels) and music system, as well as an additional TV snug with WiFit, DVD, and PlayStation 2.

The modern is fully equipped with a double french fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, and washing machine.

There are 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower/bathrooms and access to the outside via patio doors.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
