Casa Marianna is a luxurious 4-Bedroom Holiday Villa with 10m x 4.5m heated pool. It is located in the popular area of Vale de Milho within walking distance of several restaurants, bars and a small supermarket.



The villa is located opposite the popular 9 hole Vale de Milho Par 3 golf course and is a short walk down the picturesque, sandy beach of Vale Centeanes which has its own bar and restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.



The village of Carvoeiro is a short 5 minute drive away or a 25 minute stroll. Occupying a large fenced plot with an established garden the house is tastefully furnished and boasts a number of fabulous outside spaces for you to enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining during your stay.



Approached through gates which take you up the private driveway around to the front door where you will find ample parking for three cars.



Upon entering the villa into the hallway there is the well equipped kitchen, access from the kitchen leads into a small outside laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.



Beyond the hallway you enter the house through the dining room, a door here takes you outside into a delightful private courtyard with a barbecue. Steps lead up to a roof terrace with views across the golf course to the ocean beyond.



Beyond the dining room is the comfortable living room featuring a TV that has access to many international channels and log burner, perfect for the cooler months.



From the living room you access another outside terrace, here there is a large dining table with seating for eight covered by a retractable awning perfect for shady evening meals and drinks. This terrace leads down to the swimming pool terrace via a gated staircase. Here you can find another barbecue and small table. Behind the pool terrace is a covered, decked area housing the hot tub and another outdoor lounge area.



Back inside there are two generous sized air conditioned double bedrooms one of which is en-suite with a shower and outside terrace with seating overlooking the pool.



There are a further two large air conditioned bedrooms each with two single beds and a further two bathrooms with showers.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully situated, one double and one twin on each side of the house allowing for privacy for two family or multi generation holidays.



Maid service, bed linen and towel changes are weekly. Air conditioning and hot tub are included. Pool heating is available at an extra cost of €30 per day if required.



Thursday only changeover in July & August.
