'We spend Father's Day weekend and we had a bad experience. First, we arrived late and when open the room...a very bad humid smell come from the room. The staff try to blame us (what?) The carpet was wet and dirty. Finally to Mr. Laurent, we had a new bedroom down-side. The the TV doesn't work or connects to Internet. After a few complaints, they finally came and try to blame us, again. For WHAT? And for the finished night our shower clog, with black sand that we don't have an idea where's...

'Overall, this is a great hotel for a family vacation. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, making it a wonderful place to stay with family. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant family getaway.'

'Everything we needed was provided in the unit. It rained our entire trip, so having some indoor amenities at the property was good. Unit is right in front of the pool, so at times it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from our experience. '
