'The property was excellent ,we had no issues , the staff was very very nice ans helped every way they could , especially at check in , housekeeping , maintenance were always asking if we needed anything , the morning breakfast was absolutely the best as was the cook and hostess, we couldn't ask for any better stay , we will make Guntersville and Wyndham Garden Gate by the Lake a Eetreat for US !!!'

'We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter.
