'Great stay. Lovely room. Wish the curtains were blackout--it was bright very early (I'll bring a sleeping mask next time). Great location, excellent condition, very clean. Perfect for a short stay in Haifa!'

'I particularly appreciated the taste shown by the owner of this accommodation, and the artistic quality displayed to fit it out, decorate it and restore it. Of course, I had also the opportunity to enjoy the exceptional view from the terrace overlooking the old quarter and the mountain. As Baudelaire put it, I would say in French: "Ici, tout n'est que luxe, calme et volupté"...'

'De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam, zorgzaam en doet er alles aan om zaken te regelen. Echter de kamers zijn van zeer matig kwaliteit. Veel beestjes op de kamer en in bed. Er is een andere kamer geregeld. In de buurt is veel constructie en bouwwerkzaamheden. Dus veel lawaai de gehele dag en nacht. Prima is de kabel tv. Geen ontbijt of ander faciliteiten en lastig bereikbaar vanaf station.'

'Lovely place! I would stay there again. For travelers who are religious Jews: the place is pretty Shabbat-worthy--hard key on a carabiener, but be sure to set the clock on the microwave before Shabbat b/c otherwise no clocks in the room. Also no challah to be had in the Old City where this is though I assume in the new city (a drive or cab ride away) you could get it.'

The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). 'The property was very charming and across the street from the beach. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and friendly with suggestions about the local shops and restaurants. Great experience and would definitely do it again, and recommend to anyone seeking a quick getaway in a beautiful spot on the beach. '
