'The place is as described in the listing. Perfect spot for our family of 4, 2 blocks from the st Charles streetcar line. Walkable to Tulane and Audubon Park, but it's a hike, and no fun in a summer thunderstorm! The backyard pool is small but perfect for a refresher. Don't wear socks on the steps. '
