This home features a 2400 sq. ft. open floor plan with volume ceilings, 4 bedrooms (one with French doors/separate entry off the front courtyard); 3 bathrooms; a game room loft with a pool table; four smart TV's, and so much more. The property includes an elegantly landscaped backyard where you will enjoy the spectacular mountain sunsets from the private saltwater pool and spa.
The Desert Haven is conveniently located less than 5 miles to the Coachella Music Festival/ Stagecoach event center. Stay in March and watch the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament, also located at the IWTG, or take in the nationally recognized La Quinta Arts Festival in Old Town La Quinta. In booking your reservation, please let us know if you would like the pool heated for your stay. To heat the spa is no extra charge but we do ask for compensation to cover the pool heating costs. It takes a full extra day ahead to fully heat, we charge $100. for your first day and $50. each additional day.
