Check-in is handled by on-site security staff at the community gate for a smooth and secure arrival.

The resort-style heated pool and spa (October to May, clubhouse hours 5:30am to 10pm) are included.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned pool keys/fobs are subject to a $250–$300 replacement fee.



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



Parking for up to four (garage plus driveway); the HOA prohibits guest street parking, and no trailers, RVs, boats, or commercial vehicles are allowed.



Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am (City of La Quinta ordinance).



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
