Guest Access:

You have the entire unit and terrace plus free access to four shared swimming pools and hot tubs. Parking is free onsite. Note: stairs are required to access the condo (see photos).



The Neighborhood:

Casitas Las Rosas complex has 4 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs for your use, all pools may not be available everyday but you have many to choose from. Close to the La Quinta Wellness Center fitness facility which offers day rates for $10. Easy parking and walking distance to Old Town La Quinta shops and Restaurants
