This property was designed to showcase the beautiful lake and mountain and golf course views which are framed by the over-sized, floor to ceiling windows and custom sliding glass doors. An open floor plan with 14" ceilings, creates a sense of grandeur and warmth. The living room has a large 70” HDTV with couches and floor to ceiling windows. Then enter the family room with it’s two couches and two chairs and oversize 86" TV which is perfect to curl up and watch a movie or air the weekends' big game. Enjoy a dinner party in the formal dining room set for 8 with easy access to the bar and two refrigerated wine coolers or keep it casual at the kitchen dining table and counter bar with an additional seating for 10 (seating for 6 at the kitchen table plus four at the breakfast bar). The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped for all your hosting needs with stainless steel Wolff appliances which include dual ovens, warming drawer, microwave, 5 burner gas cook top, two Bosche dishwashers and Sub-Zero refrigerator. There is also ample space on the solid granite counter-tops to show off your culinary talents with three bar stools for seating.
Venture outdoors to the resort-style backyard and take a deep breath as you scan your surroundings and realize you have arrived at your ultimate dream vacation! The 25,000 gallon infinity saltwater pool, spa with a cascading waterfall provides a spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine with numerous seating and lounging options. If you need a little break from the sun there is an outdoor family room, with seating for 8 with couches and chairs, 65" TV and gas operated fireplace. In the cooler months there are also two infrared heaters in the ceiling to keep you warm. The al fresco dining table seats 10 for those who want to enjoy the sunset with cocktail in hand and great company on either side.
This single-story estate boasts four impressively large bedrooms all with their own cable TV. A total of 5 beds, all with their own private en-suite baths, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. The master bedroom is furnished with a Cal King bed, seating area, ceiling fan. 60" TV and gas fireplace. There is also a sliding glass doors enhancing the lake, mountain and golf course views. There is a large walk in closet as well as additional closet space down the hallway to the master bathroom. The master en-suite bath features a grand bathtub with dual vanities and sinks and a walk-in shower. There is also a Toto heated toilet and bidet in the master bathroom.

Suite 2 features a California King bed with large HDTV, ceiling fan and closet. The en-suite bathroom has a sink and walk-in shower.

Suite 3 is has two queen beds, HDTV, reach-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.

Suite 4 is a detached private Casita with two rooms that each have their own entry. Upon entry there a queen size pull out sofa, TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sitting area with fan. The bedroom has a King bed, HDTV, and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a closet, dual sinks and large stone walk-in shower. The casita overlooks the courtyard.

There is also an additional guest bath in the hallway of the main house.

*Note: Due to COVID, the city of La Quinta has strictly enforced city ordinance for vacation rentals. The most important rule to note prior to booking is that there is no outdoor music or amplified sound allowed at any time of the day or night. If you are playing music inside, the doors must be closed. City fines begin at $1,000.

Close by is the Stadium Course Club House featuring Ernie's restaurant which features a full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It's a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dual ovens, stove, kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

Heating of the Pool: During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 60-70 degrees. We do heat the pool to 80 degrees. However, If you would like the pool to be heated above 80, we do charge a fee of $100/per day. We cann't guarantee temperatures and no refunds will be given for pools not reaching maximum temperatures. Please note in the summer pools cann't be cooled to a lower temperature. The pool and spa have been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we sometimes experience winds in the desert which will cause debris to fall into the pool.

Kitchen:

Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. In addition, aluminum foil and saran wrap.

House Supplies:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry pods.
We also supply coffee filters, ground coffee, sugar packets, Equal & Stevia packets.

Our properties come with pre-arrival grocery delivery and stocking for an additional fee. Please inquire within.

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with travel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. In addition, there is another washer and dryer in the garage.

This home does have video security cameras only on the perimeter of the property and on the front door, driveway, sides yard and pool area for safety reasons.

Two miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
