Four cruiser bikes are available for guest use for a fee of $50 per stay. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to include this amenity so we can add it to your reservation. Furry friends (2 max under 20 pounds) will be charged a nominal $100 per stay selected at checkout.

We welcome monthly bookings. For stays over 30 nights - 11% tax will be refunded from your booking. Please inquire.

A Special Condo with a Great Location

This is a very comfortable condo that is well equipped and has a very special interior design. The rear patio overlooks the 11th green and a small lake with many water fowl and a turtle. Both attractions are very entertaining. Cruiser bikes and helmets were provided and were very popular with our family. Our host was very responsive and provided helpful advice.

This home has all you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms and impeccably clean overall. Easy access to pools and golf course, not too far from dining and groceries in La Quinta. Bikes are great, games and TV set up/internet fantastic. Host was incredible responsive and helpful. Quick flag: For families traveling with little children or groups requiring quiet/privacy in the rooms: the doors are not solid wood (they have slats) so not the most quiet bedrooms if people are in the kitchen or common areas.

Beautiful stay in the desert

This home is thoughtfully furnished , spacious , easy to relax there. Every day a beautiful view awaits you from the kitchen and back patio . We enjoyed our time there , it was easy to get in and out of the property because the owners have made it that way. There are great hiking trails nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants . We were able to enjoy the neighborhood either by walking or riding the bikes provided. We met many nice people who either reside there or are visiting . There was very good communication throughout the process of renting to when we arrived and upon leaving. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to others . Thank you !

Three Day in Paradise

Sean is a great host. The house is perfect and well-stocked. The location is fantastic overlooking the green at #11 Stadium Course at PGA West. Great place for a bicycle ride since this is a guarded gate community. I look forward to our next trip to La Quinta.

Everything about this property was top-notch. We've stayed in this area (PGAWest/Stadium golf course views) before so were well acquainted with the check in process at the security gate and the HOA policies for the neighborhood. No issues for us. The owners are experienced renters and know what works and what doesn't for their guests. Communication with the owners was excellent and thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Lemon Tree in Front & Golf Course in Back

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying on the golf course. The hacienda is clean and exactly how it appears in the pictures. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The endless supply of lemons for my Diet Coke was an added bonus.

Wonderful Time

Can’t say enough good things about this home. Owner has thought of everything. We were there 2 weeks and never ran out of supplies. The home was furnished like it had been staged. Very tasteful. The view of the golf course was entertaining and the morning sunrises were spectacular. Two en-suite bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples. You can’t go wrong here!

Golf getaway

My family rents a vacation home 3-4 times each year. In all the years we’ve been renting, this house was easily one of the best. The owner’s respond immediately to any questions, the location is excellent, the home is beautiful and immaculately clean. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The home is spotless., comfortable and easy access to pga west We used the community pools which are very close to the property Plenty of pool towels at the home. The best part is the quick response from the host. Sean was great very helpful !
